Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products

winVIPtix sells digital poster packs and other digital products. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final once the product has been fulfilled, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at support@winviptix.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Except where required by law, refunds are not offered for digital products. In limited circumstances, winVIPtix may review requests at its sole discretion. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Giveaway Entries

If a purchase is refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back for any reason, any associated entries may be voided, reduced, or disqualified in accordance with the Official Rules. Attempts to obtain entries through purchases with the intent to later request a refund or chargeback may result in disqualification from the current and future giveaways.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Free entry details are provided in the Official Rules.

Official Rules Control

In the event of any conflict between this Return and Refund Policy and the Official Rules for a giveaway, the Official Rules will govern.
