These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the winVIPtix website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, including purchasing digital products or entering any giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction to participate in any giveaway. By using this website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Digital Products
winVIPtix offers digital poster packs and other digital products delivered electronically. All digital product sales are final once fulfilled, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Free entry methods are described in the Official Rules for each giveaway.
Giveaway Participation
All giveaways are subject to the Official Rules for that specific promotion. The Official Rules govern eligibility, entry methods, entry limits, prize details, winner selection, and all other terms of participation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules will control.
Entries

Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
If a purchase is refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back for any reason, any associated entries may be voided, reduced, or disqualified in accordance with the Official Rules. Attempting to obtain entries through purchases with the intent to later request a refund or chargeback may result in disqualification.
Third-Party Names and References
Artist, venue, event, or brand names may be used solely to identify a prize or event. winVIPtix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any artist, venue, ticketing platform, or related third party unless expressly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, winVIPtix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, participation in any giveaway, or inability to access digital products.
Modifications
winVIPtix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
